Thank you for your interest in joining our team! My name is Declan Amadi, and I’m honored to serve as the Clinic Director at D’serene Counseling and Pyschotherapy.

Since 2018, D’serene Counselling has been dedicated to supporting Individuals and Families through secure video, audio and chat sessions. we strive to make mental health care available to all. Our team includes experienced Master and PhD Level Therapists as well as therapists in training.

Therapist Positions

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate therapists across United States and Canada to join our growing team.

If you’re looking to kick-start yours private practice where you don’t have to worry about administrative work and just focused on providing quality clinical services then you’re at the right place.

Therapists have the flexibility of setting their own availability based on individual needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (LCSW, LPCC, LCMHC, LMHP, LPC, LMHC, LMFT,  MSW/RSW, MA Psych, M.Ed. Counselling Psych, Psychologist-PhD/PsyD, among others with specific requirements varies by state.
  • In good standing with appropriate regulatory bodies along with liability insurance. 
  • Satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check, completed within the past six months. 
  • Over one year of clinical practice.
  • Experience using various therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, IFS, EFT Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, etc. 
  • Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Clinical experience working with individuals, couples and families.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Providing secure video, audio or chat therapy sessions to our patients.
  • Maintaining accurate session notes and client documentation.
  • Seeking regular clinical supervision for ongoing professional growth.
  • Processing client payments (cash, debit, credit).
  • Using our client database and responding to client emails or calls in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with and supporting fellow team members in a respectful, professional manner.
